Derek Is a 1st Engineer at Hornbeck Offshore Services
At Massachusetts Maritime Academy he gained extensive knowledge in Steam plant operations and power generation.
He recently recieved his Chief Engineer Limited Oceans and 1st Asst. Engineer Unlimited License.
He has worked on a wide array of vessels for Hornbeck Offshore since June 2009. Including Large DP-2 OSV supply vessels, Anchor handling vessels, Military contracted vessels, and Fracking / Well Stimulation Vessels.
His strengths include computers, electronics, and electrical systems.
